Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Tru by Hilton Columbia - Graystone

Are you an inspiring team leader who loves coaching others, building positive morale, and helping a dedicated housekeeping team succeed?

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a motivated and supportive Housekeeping Supervisor to serve as a key leader in our rooms division. Working hand-in-hand with our Executive Housekeeper, you will be the ultimate coach on the floor—guiding, training, and inspiring our room attendants and laundry staff. In this active leadership role, you will help build a positive, collaborative work environment while ensuring our team has the support they need to deliver the spotless, comfortable spaces our guests love.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a comfortable and accommodating experience for guests.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) for the Housekeeping department.
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in all duties and act in their capacity when off duty.
  • Supervise and train Room Attendants and Suite Attendants, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet guest demands.
  • Clean and inspect rooms, ensuring proper cleaning of surfaces, linens, and amenities.
  • Monitor and maintain housekeeping cart inventory and stock rooms and linen closets.
  • Report any missing or damaged items and handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Collaborate with Guest Services and other departments during peak times and special guest requests.
  • Maintain security by ensuring guest room doors are locked at all times.
  • Provide support to team members, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and timely.

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of previous housekeeping experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, is a plus.
