In-Home Caregiver | $14–$15 per Hour
New Hope In-Home Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in Columbia, Spring Hill, and surrounding communities.
We offer full-time, part-time, and weekend opportunities. If you have professional caregiving experience—or experience caring for a family member—and want meaningful work helping people remain safely and independently at home, we encourage you to apply.
Pay and Schedule
- $14–$15 per hour

- Client assignments in Columbia, Spring Hill, and nearby areas
Depending on the client’s individual care plan, responsibilities may include:
- Providing non-medical in-home care and personal assistance
- Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care
- Planning and preparing meals
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social activities
- Assisting with safe transportation when required by the assignment
- Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition or needs
- Following the client’s care plan and New Hope policies
Applicants must:
- Have at least one year of caregiving experience; professional or family caregiving experience is accepted
- Be compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and New Hope staff
- Be able to travel reliably to assigned client homes
- Have a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification
- Successfully complete all required background, registry, and pre-employment screenings in accordance with applicable law and company policy
- Remain calm and follow appropriate procedures during emergencies
- Be able to follow written care plans and document completed services accurately
