In-Home Caregiver | $14–$15 per Hour

New Hope In-Home Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in Columbia, Spring Hill, and surrounding communities.

Client assignments in Columbia, Spring Hill, and nearby areas

Caregiver Responsibilities
Depending on the client’s individual care plan, responsibilities may include:

Providing non-medical in-home care and personal assistance
Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care
Planning and preparing meals
Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
Providing companionship and emotional support
Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social activities
Assisting with safe transportation when required by the assignment
Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition or needs
Following the client’s care plan and New Hope policies

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must:

Have at least one year of caregiving experience; professional or family caregiving experience is accepted
Be compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and New Hope staff
Be able to travel reliably to assigned client homes
Have a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification
Successfully complete all required background, registry, and pre-employment screenings in accordance with applicable law and company policy
Remain calm and follow appropriate procedures during emergencies
Be able to follow written care plans and document completed services accurately
