$27.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lorien Columbia, you will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care that promotes the health, comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. Working collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and the interdisciplinary care team, you will help ensure residents receive exceptional clinical care in a supportive and resident-centered environment.The ideal candidate demonstrates a kind, patient, and empathetic approach while maintaining strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in resident care. In this role, you will:

Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning.
Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Provide education and support to residents and their families.
Promote a positive, respectful environment that enhances resident quality of life.

Qualifications

Full Time, Full-Time Flex, Part Time and PRN
Schedule: Days, Evenings and Nights
Every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
