Bring Ideas to Life. First State Community Bank is looking for a Marketing Relations Specialist to help turn local opportunities into impactful marketing campaigns. If you're organized, creative, and love building relationships, this could be the role for you. What You'll Do Partner with branches to plan and support local marketing initiatives. Coordinate marketing campaigns from idea to execution. Manage marketing budgets and help maximize campaign impact. Create campaign briefs that bring ideas to life. Oversee content for billboards, digital signage, lobby TVs, and other marketing channels. Maintain content calendars and ensure marketing messages stay fresh and relevant. QualificationsKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with branch contacts, Marketing team members, and internal partners. Ability to coordinate marketing projects, campaign details, timelines, and related communication across multiple stakeholders. Working knowledge of marketing campaign planning, including the ability to develop clear briefs and organize campaign-related details. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content calendars, marketing channel updates, and multiple branch marketing priorities. Ability to support budget planning and recommend effective use of marketing dollars for branch-level initiatives. Detail-oriented approach to reviewing, updating, and maintaining marketing content across assigned platforms and channels. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations (e.g., 6-8 hours with breaks).  Occasionally required to stand or walk short distances. Manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse and telephone system.  Visual acuity to read computer screens and written documents.  Occasionally lifting office supplies, files and small packages (typically up to 10-25 lbs.)
