MidwayUSA, in Columbia, MO is a privately held eCommerce company in the Outdoor industry. We are looking for a Product Specialist for our Clothing, Footwear & Marketplaces category who will work with a Merchandising Manager to serve our Customers by selecting products and building relationships with our Suppliers. About the Role
- Select products according to established category budget & overall company budget
- Develop relationships with Suppliers
- Review Supplier Performance metrics & suggest & implement measures to drive improvement
- Product benchmarking, including selling price, promotions, product offering, and product information.
- Create promotional events at the direction of the Merchandising Manager
About You
- You will have a bachelor’s degree as it is required (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
- You will have 1-3 years applicable professional experience (preferred)
- You will be a user of MidwayUSA's core products and have a passion for shooting, hunting and the outdoors
- You will have excellent product and technical knowledge
- You will have excellent creative writing skills
- You must have the ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
- You must be a team player with a positive attitude

- Annual Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $55,000-$71,500 with annual benchmarking and pay increases to always ensure a competitive salary
