Project Scope:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support enterprise Medicaid enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, and document management systems. This role will serve as a system testing specialist within the Systems Applications Integration and Development team and will play a critical role in ensuring application quality, reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare or Medicaid systems, software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, defect management, and quality assurance best practices within enterprise IT environments.


Key Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and QA/User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Translate business requirements and policy documentation into functional test scenarios and test cases

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Design and execute Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, and Negative Testing activities

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Test software applications to ensure reliability, stability, functionality, usability, and performance

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support UI testing applications and regression automation testing processes

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in quality assessments to identify defects, security vulnerabilities, and optimization opportunities

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and manage defect tracking databases and coordinate defect resolution efforts

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with software development teams, architects, technical resources, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system quality

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Review vendor unit testing, integrated testing plans, and testing results for compliance and quality standards

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide guidance on preparing and reviewing test plans, test scripts, scenarios, and testing reports

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure compliance with software testing governance policies, standards, and industry best practices

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor testing progress, identify risks and impediments, and communicate status updates to leadership and project teams

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in walkthroughs, inspections, and governance reviews

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support Medicaid enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, workflows, and related healthcare systems testing

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Document testing outcomes, feedback, issues, and recommendations for management and stakeholders

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and project objectives


Required Skills & Experience:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent English proficiency

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of experience with Sahi Pro and/or Selenium Automation Framework

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Working knowledge of one or more quality/process frameworks such as Spice, TPI, TMMI, CMMI OPF, OPD, or PPQA

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Hands-on experience with formal test design techniques such as Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience using test design tools such as PICT or equivalent orthogonal-based testing tools

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience creating, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases


Preferred Skills:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years of experience supporting large enterprise or e-business systems

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of Medicaid or healthcare systems experience

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong understanding of healthcare operations and Medicaid business processes

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with X12 standards and HIPAA EDI transactions

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience working within SDLC Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with claims processing, eligibility systems, and healthcare workflowsTechnical

Education:

Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in a technical, business, or healthcare-related field OR equivalent professional experience on a year-for-year basis
