Schedule-Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm Key Responsibilities:   Support residents with daily living skills and personal growth. Lead and coach residential staff through hands-on guidance. Ensure compliance with resident programs, documentation, and medication procedures. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive residential environment. What we need from you: Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions). At least 2 years of experience managing challenging behaviors preferred. RBT certification preferred. Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients. Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire.
