The Director of Resource Development is a senior leadership role responsible for building and sustaining the philanthropic infrastructure that fuels the Club's mission. Reporting to the CEO and working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, this position leads all individual giving, major gift, and campaign fundraising efforts while mentoring and developing the Club's Advancement staff.

 

This is not a transactional fundraising role. The Director of Resource Development leads with relationships, cultivates a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization, and empowers board members and staff alike to see themselves as meaningful participants in the Club's philanthropic success. The ideal candidate brings emotional intelligence alongside fundraising expertise, someone who can motivate people, hold space for honest conversations about money and mission, and build donor relationships that last a lifetime.
