SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / PM Solution Architect - Hybrid

Role Summary

Client is seeking an SAP EAM / PM Solution Architect to guide an automotive organization in defining and implementing a scalable asset management strategy aligned to plant operations and long-term reliability. This role bridges conceptual design with execution.

Key Responsibilities

EAM Strategy & Design

- Translate high-level EAM design into executable SAP solutions

- Define asset hierarchy and maintenance strategies

Integration Architecture

- Define integration between SAP PM/EAM, EWM, procurement, and external providers

Plant Alignment

- Align asset management with commissioning and ramp-up

Spare Parts & Inventory Strategy

- Define spare parts management and integration with EWM

Audit & Financial Alignment

- Ensure handling of asset capitalization and maintenance costs

Continuous Improvement

- Establish roadmap for predictive maintenance and analytics

Required Experience

- 12–15+ years SAP PM/EAM experience

- Experience in manufacturing environments

- Experience in plant startup or transformation

- Strong integration and strategy background
