Job Description

Role Overview 

We are looking for a senior Growth Partner to help expand our work across the private equity ecosystem. This person will lead opportunities from initial conversation through solution development, proposal, and close-working directly with senior private equity stakeholders and portfolio company executives. 

The Growth Partner must combine strong business judgment, executive presence, and commercial ownership with enough understanding of data, analytics, and AI to identify opportunities and credibly shape solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead opportunities from initial discussion through qualification, solution development, proposal, and close 

  • Build and manage relationships with private equity firms and portfolio company executives 

  • Establish clear next steps, maintain momentum, and coordinate follow-through across internal and client teams 

  • Understand a company’s business priorities and translate them into practical data, analytics, AI, and technology initiatives 

  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, points of view, and other go-to-market materials 

  • Bring together the right internal leaders and subject-matter experts while maintaining accountability for the overall opportunity 

  • Navigate ambiguity, resolve obstacles, and keep multiple pursuits moving with limited oversight 

  • Coordinate closely with delivery teams to ensure a strong transition from pursuit through execution 

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop repeatable offerings for the private equity market 

  • Help establish the operating structure, materials, and processes required to scale the channel 

 

Qualifications

Ideal Background 

  • Significant experience working within the private equity industry, including direct interaction with investment professionals, operating teams, and portfolio company executives 

  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand how a company operates and where value can be created 

  • Experience independently leading complex, executive-level pursuits from early conversations through a defined outcome 

  • Working knowledge of data, analytics, AI, and technology transformation, with the credibility to discuss potential solutions with senior business and technology leaders 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to personally develop high-quality proposals and executive materials 

  • Comfortable creating structure, setting direction, and making progress in a fast-moving environment 

  • Strong sense of accountability and consistent follow-through 

  • Experience in consulting, professional services, technology, or another solution-oriented business preferred

The starting pay range for this role is $275k - $300k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
