DASMEN Residential is seeking a full time HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician.Â
  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DAILY:Â
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform service and repairs on residential air conditioning systems
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve HVAC system issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough system evaluations to ensure safe and optimal performance.
- Customer Interaction: Provide clear, professional communication to build trust while explaining system issues and solutions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all services performed.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an HVAC Service Technician specializing in residential systems.
- Gas experience is preferred.
 - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
 - Customer Service: Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer experiences.
 - Certifications: Must hold a valid EPA certification and HVAC technician license.
 - Dependability: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
