Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator role is designed for an aspiring project manager looking to break into the field and grow into full-scale project ownership.
Responsibilities Include:
- Task & Schedule Control: Maintains the Master Task List (MTL), tracking project deliverables, milestones, and project schedules to ensure team alignment and timely execution.
- Meeting & Action Item Management: Facilitates project cadences by documenting meeting minutes, assigning action items, and proactively monitoring their completion across cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder & Communication Coordination: Coordinates weekly status updates, technical briefs, Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), and stakeholder engagements across government customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Operations & Resource Tracking: Assists with project financials and resource planning through labor forecasting, supports travel coordination, and tracks evolving project requirements.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintains centralized project documentation, repositories, and workflows using SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience.
- Four (4) years' experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities
- Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Security Clearance Requirement – Active TS/SCI with polygraph
