As a Spa Associate, you'll be the first impression our guests receive and an important part of creating an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your role is essential to both guest satisfaction and the continued growth of our spa.

We're currently seeking a motivated Spa Associate with open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals
• Create memorable experiences for every guest and member
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
• Educate guests on services, memberships, promotions, and wellness offerings
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist guests with their spa needs
• Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
• Bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Sales experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important
