We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team! In this role, you will help ensure accurate and timely financial records, prepare and analyze accounting data, assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and provide management with reliable financial insights to support decision-making.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare accruals, general ledger journal entries, and account reconciliations as part of monthly and quarterly close and reporting processes.

• Analyze general ledger accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

• Review account activity and prepare adjusting journal entries as needed.

• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.

• Prepare various financial reports and reconciliations for management review.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement efficiencies.

• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• 1–3 years of accounting experience, with a solid grasp of financial accounting principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
