WHAT YOU'LL DO Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation • Clean guest rooms according to hotel cleanliness and brand standards • Make beds and replace linens daily • Vacuum carpets and clean windows • Dust furniture, fixtures, and room surfaces • Replenish guest room and bathroom amenities • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, mirrors, showers, tubs, toilets, and floors Hotel Appearance & Maintenance • Keep housekeeping carts clean, stocked, and organized • Stock linen rooms and housekeeping supplies • Report maintenance issues and repair needs promptly • Complete daily assignment sheets and housekeeping reports • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, elevators, pool areas, and common spaces • Remove dirty linens and transport them to designated areas Guest Service Excellence • Provide friendly and professional service to all guests • Maintain guest confidentiality • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously • Assist coworkers and guests as needed • Report guest concerns or complaints to supervisors WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
