What Will Help You Stand Out

Preferred Qualifications:

· 1–3 years of experience installing or maintaining aerial fiber or copper lines

· Proficiency with climbing gear, bucket trucks, and pole-top rescue procedures

· Familiarity with strand, lash, pull, tension, and grounding techniques

· Understanding of safety standards and telecom construction best practices

· Ability to read and follow network maps, splice sheets, and construction prints

· Experience working around power, traffic, and right-of-way environments

· Strong troubleshooting skills for aerial plant issues

· Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions

· Strong teamwork, communication, and situational awareness

Desired Attributes

Beyond the qualifications, these attributes are what make someone a great fit for our team:

· Willingness to work in all weather conditions
