As a Senior Audience Marketing Manager, you will be a key leader in shaping and executing sophisticated audience marketing strategies. With expert knowledge of market dynamics and customer behavior, you will influence marketing practices across the organization, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and foster innovative customer engagement. This position can exist on the following teams:

  • In Process Conversion

  • Previously Closed Borrowers

  • Agent Engagement

  • Marketing Automation

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive in-process audience marketing strategies that integrate seamlessly with broader marketing and business goals. Set benchmarks for innovation and effectiveness in engaging diverse customer segments.

  • Serve as a thought leader, influencing strategies and practices across the marketing team. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts are cohesive and strategically aligned.

  • Lead the initiation and management of marketing campaigns that address the nuanced needs of different audience segments. Ensure that all campaign elements are of high quality and have a strong impact on conversion and experience.

  • Champion innovative marketing ideas and tools that enhance the audience experience. Actively contribute to the promotion of a culture that values continuous improvement, teamwork, and respect for diversity.

  • Utilize advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness. Promote data-driven methodologies to optimize both performance and experience.

  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company
