Do you enjoy keeping things organized, staying on top of details, and making sure nothing gets overlooked? We're looking for a Booking Administrative Planner to help coordinate travel arrangements and keep client bookings organized from the initial planning stage through completion.

This is a work-from-home position that combines administrative tasks, scheduling, customer communication, and organization. You'll help keep reservations up to date, organize travel information, and make sure clients have the details they need for their upcoming trips.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with coordinating flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and transportation.
  • Review reservations and booking information for accuracy.
  • Organize itineraries, confirmations, and important travel documents.
  • Communicate with clients through email and online platforms.
  • Help with changes, updates, and follow-ups related to existing reservations.
  • Keep digital records and client information organized.
  • Research travel options and availability based on client requests.
  • Follow up on outstanding details to help keep bookings moving forward.
