Requirements

The Repair Planner is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing accurate repair

estimates, and coordinating the repair process from intake through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance companies, ensuring timely communication, proper documentation, and profitable repair planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

· Greet customers and perform initial vehicle damage inspections

· Prepare detailed repair estimates using approved estimating software

· Upload photos and documentation for insurance approval

· Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding supplements and approvals

· Create repair plans in collaboration with body technicians and painters

· Identify additional damage during teardown and submit supplements

· Maintain consistent customer communication throughout the repair process

· Schedule repairs and manage production timelines

· Ensure repairs meet manufacturer guidelines and safety standards

· Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers
