Swing Delivery Driver - Join Our Growing Team!
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $17.90 - 21.11 (based on position and tenure)

We're proud of our strong roots, dedicated team, and continued growth. Right now, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Swing Delivery Driver to join our dynamic crew!

What You'll Do:

Safely and efficiently run delivery routes, meeting or exceeding daily expectations
Load and unload products by hand or with a hand cart, including heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs)
Navigate stairs, ramps, docks, and all types of weather conditions while on delivery
Develop a solid understanding of our product inventory and delivery processes
Communicate with warehouse and leadership teams on vehicle status, routes, and more
Support the warehouse team when not on the road: stock shelves, pick orders, assist with cleanup, and more
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service on every delivery

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of delivery experience or applicable background with 16' box trucks or vans
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs regularly and work in a physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Fluent in English (reading & writing); basic math proficiency required
Clean driving record; must be insurable and able to pass a drug test
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work overtime as needed

Monday-Friday
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Full-time position

Pay Rates:

Rate 1: $17.90/hr → $19.89/hr after 6 months
Rate 2: $19.00/hr → $21.11/hr after 6 months
