We’re seeking a MEP Superintendent with a strong field background in commercial construction and a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day on-site management of MEP installations on complex commercial projects Direct and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and foremen to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently Review and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution Oversee installation of key systems: electrical distribution (medium/low voltage), HVAC, CRAC units, backup power, ductwork, and plumbing Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance through regular inspections and effective problem-solving Manage daily reporting and status updates to stakeholders Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve field conflicts and maintain alignment with project objectives Contribute to QA/QC, commissioning, and system energization planning and execution What You Bring 7–10 years of field experience in construction, with 3–5 years specifically in MEP supervision Hands-on knowledge of data centers or mission-critical environments (hyperscale, colocation, etc.) is strongly preferred Technical expertise in electrical systems, chilled water systems, HVAC, and controls Strong communication skills and the ability to lead field teams effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project preferred Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access active job site environments Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive Pay – Starting salary between $120,000–$130,000, depending on experience Robust Benefits Package – Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K with company match Time Off That Matters – Generous PTO, 10.5 paid holidays, and volunteer time off Career Development – Continuing education reimbursement and growth opportunities Team Culture – A supportive environment where innovation, collaboration, and initiative are valued Ready to take charge of cutting-edge builds and lead the installation of systems that power the future?
