This role is pivotal in driving clinical trial delivery and accelerating the development of life-changing treatments.

Job Overview

Project Leads are integral to clinical trial execution, serving as strategic partners to clinical teams and sponsors. As a Clinical Project Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of clinical studies, ensuring quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll leverage your therapeutic expertise and IQVIA’s suite of solutions to lead cross-functional teams and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional or global clinical trials, with a focus on Immuno-Oncology and Cell & Gene Therapy.
  • Develop and implement integrated study management plans.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying opportunities for acceleration and improvement.
  • Mentor and support project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Participate in bid defenses and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in clinical project management.
  • Therapeutic expertise in Immuno-Oncology and/or Cell & Gene Therapy is required.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and global clinical research regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and contracts.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $93,100.00 - $232,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
