Job Title: Title & Closing Support Specialist

Location: Grandview Heights, Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our team. As a Title & Closing Support Specialist, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role — keeping documents accurate, processes on track, and our client-facing teams equipped to deliver a seamless closing experience.

This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organized work, and professional communication. No prior experience in real estate or title is required — just strong attention to detail, a fast and accurate typing speed (60+ WPM), and a reliable, team-first mindset.

We're hiring for both entry-level and experienced candidates. Your final placement — Support Assistant or Support Specialist — will be determined during the interview process based on your background and skill set.

More Specifics About the Role:

  • Monitor shared team inboxes and respond to or forward emails promptly and professionally
  • Review incoming documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
  • Maintain organized filing systems, production spreadsheets, and tracking dashboards
  • Deliver final title products to customers via mail, email, or document portals
  • Research and obtain lien payoffs, releases, back title policies, and public record information
  • Review documents for legal effectiveness and resolve issues prior to recording
  • Submit e-recordings in compliance with county requirements
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, lenders, and external parties to resolve outstanding items
  • Support team production efforts and provide backup coverage as needed

This Could Be A Good Fit If You:

  • Enjoy administrative, document-heavy work and take pride in getting the details right
  • Type at least 60 WPM with strong accuracy
  • Communicate professionally in writing and on the phone — even under pressure
  • Are self-motivated and can manage your workload independently while collaborating well with a team
  • Thrive in a structured, process-driven environment with consistent expectations
  • Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and following through until everything is complete
  • Want to start a career in an established company that values integrity, trust, and long-term commitment

Helpful Experience (but not required):

  • Office administration, data entry, or clerical work
  • Background in real estate, mortgage, banking, legal, or other document-intensive roles
  • Experience handling multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of real estate title principles
