Job DetailsJob Location: Columbus, GA 31901 Greet customers promptly and professionally at the counter Receive garments for cleaning, inspect items, and note special instructions or stains Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system Tag and track garments to ensure proper identification Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions Release finished garments to customers upon pickup Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to management as needed Maintain a clean, organized front counter and lobby area JOB DESCRIPTION handle calls from customers and prospective customers about services provided by Wade Cleaners. Job will involve communicating with both customers over phone and in person and internally to resolve issues. Cash Handling and processing Invoices / payments.
