Janitorial Evening Cleaner Part-time

Hiring now: Part-time -Evenings-3 positions available
The positions are located in the following zip codes in the Franklin County area 43209,43081,43232.  We want to keep them as a bundle and you do receive drive-time for the travel between each facility when they are back to back facilities.

First Facility: Located in the 43209 zip code
•Tuesday and Thursday
•Flexible cleaning range 5:30 PM-Midnight
•Cleaned 2 hours per evening
•Payrate $14.50-$15.00 per hour depending on experience

Second Facility: Located in the 43081 zip code
•Tuesday and Thursday
•Flexible cleaning range 5:30-Midnight
•Cleaned 2 hours per evening
•Payrate $14.50-$15.00 per hour depending on experience

Third Facility: Located in the 43232 zip code
•Wednesday and Friday
•Flexible cleaning range 7:30 PM-Midnight
•Cleaned 1.5 hours per evening
•Payrate $14.50-$15.00 per hour depending on experience

If you keep all three facilities, complete 90 days with good attendance and good work quality, you will receive a $500 sign on bonus upon completion of 90 days.

Cleaning Duties Include:
•Mopping
 •Sweeping
 •Dusting
 •Vacuuming
 •Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
 •Taking out the trash
 •Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
 •Provided several evenings of training and ongoing coaching as needed.  Must possess the ability to work independently.
 •Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time. 

 Physical Demands:
•Be able to wear a backpack vacuum (weighs 8-12 lbs ) for approx. 30-60 minutes.
 •Be able to lift up to 30 lbs non-repetitively on occasion.
