About the Role
As the Electrical Field Supervisor, you are the backbone of our electrical division. You’ll lead our install and service teams, ensure top‑tier workmanship, and keep the sales‑to‑install process running smoothly.
This is a field‑forward leadership role — expect to spend 50–75% of your time in the field, coaching techs, solving problems, and ensuring every job is done right.

What You’ll Do
- Drive daily revenue and meet department goals
- Oversee the full sales‑to‑install workflow
- Conduct in‑home sales appointments and close installation opportunities
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and install teams for maximum efficiency
- Provide on‑site supervision and uphold quality standards
- Deliver technical training and ride‑along coaching
- Support techs with technical, service system, and scheduling questions
- Lead daily huddles and service system meetings
- Interview, onboard, and train new technicians
- Mentor and develop techs to elevate their skills and performance
This is a role where your experience directly shapes the success of the entire department.
