Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and help create unforgettable experiences at a variety of events. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring events run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in team settings. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, equipment, and signage
• Greet and direct guests, providing information and assistance as needed
• Monitor event entrances and exits to ensure authorized access
• Support crowd control and maintain safety standards throughout the event
• Coordinate with vendors, performers, and event coordinators to facilitate smooth operations
• Distribute materials such as programs, badges, or promotional items to attendees
• Assist with event breakdown and cleaning up the venue after the event concludes

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
