This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible formanaging ourlabour planning process to ensure we are scheduling the right people, in the right roles, and at the right times.As the Analyst, Supply Chain Workforce Planning, you will support with the long-term strategic approach to optimize our labour allocation and maximize our labour outputs in support of the success and growth of our Supply Chain operations. THE ROLEÂ
As the Senior Analyst/ Analyst, Supply Chain Workforce Planning, you will:Â
Support the design of the long-term strategic model that directs the labour plan and schedule Â
Optimize labour spending and productivity Â
Gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs Â
Build optimized schedules Â
Publish optimized schedules Â
Support the business with live week schedule changes Â

THE QUALIFICATIONSÂ Â
The Senior Analyst/ Analyst, Supply Chain Workforce Planninghas:Â
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Microsoft Office, including ExcelÂ
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesÂ
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersÂ
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessÂ

THE COMPENSATIONÂ
The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000–$125,000 USDper year.Â
