What You鈥檒l Do

  • As a Medical Office Specialist, you鈥檒l support daily front office operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls as needed
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Verify and update patient information in the medical record
  • Collect co-pays and patient payments
  • Assist patients with payment plan processes
  • Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
  • Support billing and administrative workflows
  • Help maintain an organized and positive front office environment


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a medical office, clinic, dental office, hospital, banking, retail, hospitality, or customer service setting
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or insurance processes
  • Experience working with diverse populations and fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Occasional bending, lifting, and reaching (up to 35 lbs)
  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment (computer, phone, copier)
  • Adequate vision and hearing to perform job duties
