What You'll Do

Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans that promote academic growth.
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to learn.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic and developmental needs of all learners.
Use a variety of instructional strategies and technology to keep students actively engaged.
Monitor student progress and use assessment data to guide instruction.
Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Maintain accurate records and uphold school and state educational standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid Ohio Teaching License for Elementary Education.
Previous experience teaching elementary-aged students preferred.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning styles and abilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that support student success.
