Baesman Group, a nationally recognized marketing services provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution, is seeking a driven 聽Account Executive to grow our business through new client acquisition and strategic relationship development. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business.

This is a hunter-focused role responsible for developing new opportunities and introducing clients to Baesman鈥檚 print and marketing solutions.

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within target markets
  • Build relationships with decision-makers from marketing teams to procurement
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and challenges
  • Sell solutions, including commercial print, direct mail, and marketing services
  • Manage a consistent pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Track activity and opportunities in CRM
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the print industry
  • Experience selling commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate new business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM
