Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional finance performance while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience
• Present and secure financing, protection products, and aftermarket offerings with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure full compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations
• Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) with accuracy, urgency, and accountability
• Achieve and maintain high CSI performance standards
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager in a high-volume dealership environment
• Experience in stores producing 400+ retail units monthly preferred
• Strong track record of performance, profitability, and product penetration
• Demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction and compliance
• Deep understanding of automotive lending, deal structure, and finance regulations
• High level of professionalism, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment
• Southeast Toyota experience preferred
