HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing our Columbus ABA team and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in an environment where our kiddos are the most comfortable in Columbus, Ft. Moore, Midland, and Fortson, GA areas.

We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment—not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

What We Offer:

• $85,000-$102,000/year (base salary + monthly performance bonuses)
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time!

• Monday-Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week. 
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Georgia licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
