Box Truck Driver & Installer

Shaffer Distributing, a leading distributor in the amusement and vending industries, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Box Truck Driver & Installer to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering and installing a variety of equipment to our valued customers across Ohio.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver and Install: Safely and efficiently deliver and install a wide range of amusement and vending equipment using late-model 26' box trucks with automatic transmissions and liftgates.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist with loading and unloading equipment, ensuring proper protection during transport.
• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers through professional and courteous interactions while providing white glove service on each delivery.
• Travel: At least 50% of travel with occasional overnight travel are required, with all expenses covered.
• Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. No weekends! 

What You'll Bring:

• At least 2 years of Box Truck Driving Experience: A proven track record of safe and efficient driving.
• Valid Non-CDL Driver's License: Clean driving record is essential. Real-ID is required
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, navigate various equipment, and work in all weather conditions. A DOT Medical card is required.
• Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
• "White Glove" Customer Service Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical Aptitude: (Preferred) Experience with basic tools and a desire to learn.
