We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Box Truck Driver for our Cleveland location. What you’ll do: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Box Truck Driver to join our produce warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting fresh produce from our warehouse to local customers, retailers, and distribution centers. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.   Your responsibilities will include: Safely operate a box truck to deliver produce to assigned locations Load and unload produce, ensuring proper handling to maintain quality Verify delivery accuracy with invoices and customer orders Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other required documentation Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff regarding schedules and delivery updates Assist with general warehouse duties when needed (loading, organizing pallets, etc.)   QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply, food service, hospitality, or sales experience a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively Willingness to learn and grow in a competitive, fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (frequent local travel required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Compensation & Benefits Monthly Transportation Reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability Paid time off and holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Be Part of Something Fresh!
