Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer/Project Manager to their Columbus team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal team in completion of projections
- Lead site design/documentation of retail and restaurant buildings (ground up, tenant fill out, remodel type projects)
- Develop project objectives, scope, and schedules
- Create a detailed project plan
- Project scheduling
- Client communication
- Project/construction administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
- 8+ years of experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team
- Ability to travel to site visits, planning/zoning meetings, and meetings with local jurisdictions
Salary is commensurate with experience.
