Schneider Electric is looking to hire a Customer Project Documentation Planner Intern for Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 in one of our five major hubs!

Job Responsibilities:

Review content and layout requirements for documentation to ensure compliance or communicate exceptions with requestors.

Schedule documentation requests based on project managers needs and team capacity.

Deliver completed documents via SharePoint, customer owned platforms or printed copies.

Follow standardized processes to assure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed.

Strong attention to detail, with an interest in producing accurate and well‑organized documentation.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and provide basic status updates.

Basic familiarity with Adobe PDF tools (training will be provided).

Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 is helpful; experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.

Good organizational and time‑management skills.

Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.

Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
