Fire & Ice is looking for a talented Drains Advisor to join our team! Responsibilities

Utilize sewer cameras to uncover plumbing and sewer issues in customer homes.
Diagnose sewer and drain issues and prepare accurate repair estimates.
Create and implement a drain technician training plan to support the sewer sales process.
Execute the sewer sales process and present clear, customized repair solutions to customers.
Thoroughly prepare statements of work and supporting documents to hand off projects seamlessly to the installation team.
Communicate with customers throughout the entire project, ensuring 100% satisfaction at completion.
Participate in training events and share lessons learned/best practices with the sewer sales team.
Assist customers with financing options for their projects.

What YOU Will Bring

2+ years of home services sales experience (required)
Residential plumbing experience a plus
ServiceTitan experience a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A team‑oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and mentor others
