Job DetailsJob Location: Turner - Columbus, OHPosition Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 SalaryElectrical Superintendent Location: New Albany, OH Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and coordinate electrical construction activities on industrial and commercial projects in the Columbus/New Albany Ohio area. This position is responsible for overseeing field operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, scheduling, and successful project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical construction leadership experience and the ability to manage fast-paced field operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily electrical construction activities and field operations Manage electrical subcontractors, field crews, and project schedules Coordinate electrical work with project management teams and other trades Ensure installations meet project specifications, NEC requirements, and quality standards Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance Identify and resolve field issues, scheduling conflicts, and coordination challenges Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documents Support commissioning, startup, inspections, and project turnover activities Maintain project documentation including daily reports and manpower tracking Participate in client, subcontractor, and project coordination meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred OR equivalent electrical construction field experience 5+ years of electrical construction supervision experience Experience on industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or large-scale construction projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and NEC codes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety Preferred Qualifications Industrial or manufacturing project experience Journeyman Electrician license preferred OSHA 30 certification preferred Experience with medium/high-voltage systems and power distribution Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $115,000 to $135,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
