Due to increased business, Sidump’r is rapidly growing and needs to hire skilled talent in a variety of departments to support the increase in customer orders.

General Purpose

Sidump’r is looking for a(n) fabricator to run machines such as press brake and laser that punch, cut, shape, and bend metal to specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·Read blue prints and determine measurements

·Ability to run overhead crane and forklift

· Complete required machine set up, load/unload machine, and manufacture programmed parts including the disassembly and assembly of machine.

· Complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints and schedule.

· Maximize efficiencies in changeover necessary regarding tools, equipment, jigs, carts, etc.

·Utilize required tools (i.e. caliper, micrometers, tape measures, gauges, protractors) to adhere to all quality standards by producing products which align with the print specifications.

·Must practice safety awareness

·Performs equipment preventative maintenance as directed
