Join Our Team at Harrison on 5th, a Senior Star community, as a Front Desk Coordinator!

 

Schedule: 7:30AM - 3:30PM, M-F plus additional hours as needed

 

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of our front desk, ensuring exceptional service to residents, prospects, and guests. This position involves managing front desk personnel, coordinating communication and reports, overseeing safety protocols, and contributing to the leasing and marketing efforts of the community.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Front Desk Operations Management: Ensure a professional and welcoming environment; oversee daily operations such as door management, office supplies, and transportation schedules; enforce security policies and maintain emergency response systems.
    • Personnel Supervision: Train and oversee front desk staff, schedule daily coverage, and ensure staff is well-versed in emergency procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

    • Experience in related fields preferred, but not required
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Ability to motivate, organize, and multitask effectively
    • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
    • Discretion in handling confidential information
    • Passion for improving the lives of seniors and upholding the Senior Star mission and values
