About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Consultant to partner with growing businesses, providing expert guidance on human resources while introducing essential business protection resources, including legal support services, without directly naming providers. This role combines strategic advisory, client engagement, and business growth opportunities—allowing you to make a tangible impact while achieving rewarding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on HR best practices, organizational planning, and employee management.
Introduce clients to practical legal resources that help protect business operations, contracts, and compliance.
Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to support their business goals.
Collaborate with marketing initiatives to create educational content that highlights the benefits of proactive HR and business protection.
Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize operations and reduce risk.
Qualifications

Proven experience in HR consulting, administration, or related business advisory roles.
Strong understanding of HR operations and legal considerations for businesses.
