About Us
Summit Behavior Company, in partnership with Finni Health, is a values-driven, in-home ABA provider committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care that honors the whole child. We are rooted in neuroaffirming principles and naturalistic, evidence-based practices — including the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), MOTAS-EL, and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs). Our teams don't just deliver therapy; they build relationships, celebrate progress, and champion families every step of the way. We believe the best outcomes grow from the best teams.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced, mission-aligned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as Regional Director. The Regional Director is instrumental in company expansion, performance-driven initiatives, and implementing operational improvements.
The Regional Director reports to the Clinical Director of the practice and provides direct oversight to BCBAs, BCaBAs, practicum students, RBTs, and operations/administrative team members across their assigned region.
The Regional Director must be willing to:
Work in-person to support families living in Columbus, Phenix City, Fort Mitchell, and Fort Benning
Complete any additional background check requirements as needed by client service location
Complete leadership tasks remotely/at-home
