Job DetailsJob Location: Columbus OH OH330 - Columbus, OH 43219Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 HourlyPosition Summary: The Junior Processor assists the Processors with obtaining loan documents, credit documents, third party verifications, follow up of verifications, and set up of loan files for processing. Essential Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Verify and examine information and accuracy of loan application. • Assemble and compile documents for loan closings, such as title abstracts, insurance forms, loans, forms, and tax receipts. • Logging new loans. • Uploading loan documents and third party verification in to the loan file in computer. • Assist in preparing stipulation file/requirements and reviewing with Originator. • Verify confidentiality is secure by keeping drawers and sensitive information in locked drawers/cabinets. Required Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Ability to effectively communicate, work with, and build relationships with all levels of constituents including culturally and linguistically diverse staff members and external candidates and/or vendors, while operating in a fast-paced customer service driven environment. • This position may require occasional overtime and travel. • Additional tasks as assigned. Actual compensation will be decided based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience assessed during the interview process, and internal pay equity.
