Solterra Wellness Club is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to join our founding wellness team at The Galaxy at Polaris.
This is a W-2 employee position for experienced therapists who want to provide exceptional hands-on care in a refined, hospitality-driven wellness environment without managing the business side of a solo practice.
Solterra provides the treatment room, massage table, linens, laundry, products and supplies, booking and payment systems, marketing, front desk support, and internal referral opportunities so you can focus on your clients and your craft.
Why This Role Is Different
You will be part of an integrated wellness club, not simply working from a treatment room or renting space. Solterra connects massage and bodywork with Pilates, yoga, recovery, skin health, and medical wellness.
Our massage clients will include active adults, Pilates and yoga members, recovery-focused guests, and clients seeking relief from stress, tension, soreness, pain, and mobility limitations. Therapists will benefit from member relationships, cross-referrals, wellness events, and a brand designed to encourage consistent care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional massage sessions tailored to each client’s goals, including relaxation, recovery, pain relief, mobility support, and stress reduction.
- Conduct thoughtful client intakes, review contraindications, confirm pressure preferences, and provide appropriate aftercare recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, calm, organized, and guest-ready treatment room.
- Deliver a consistent experience that encourages rebooking, referrals, and long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with Solterra’s broader wellness team.
- Provide warm, professional, polished care from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Ohio Massage Therapy License in active good standing.
- Strong hands-on skills with the ability to adapt sessions to individual client needs.
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and client-focused.
- Warm communication style and strong hospitality instincts.
- Ability to create a safe, respectful, and restorative experience for every client.
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of professional massage experience in a spa, wellness, clinical, sports, or recovery setting.
- Experience with therapeutic, deep tissue, sports/recovery, myofascial, trigger point, prenatal, lymphatic, or other specialized modalities as appropriately trained or certified.
- Experience working with active clients or clients seeking outcome-based bodywork.
- Interest in helping build a massage program from the beginning.

Schedule
Full-time and part-time W-2 positions are available. We are especially interested in therapists who can establish consistent weekly appointment blocks, including some evening and/or weekend availability. Appointment volume will grow as membership and demand build.

Solterra Wellness Club is a new integrated wellness destination opening Fall 2026 at The Galaxy at Polaris in Columbus, Ohio. Solterra brings together movement, recovery, massage and bodywork, skin health, medical wellness, and complementary services within one thoughtfully designed club.
