What You’ll Do:

• Keep swimmers safe and the pool fun for everyone.
• Respond confidently in emergencies (don’t worry, we train you!).
• Be the friendly face of the pool—welcoming, helpful, and professional.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting pool deck

Requirements

Preferred:

• Must have a smartphone

EDUCATION/TRAINING

Essential:

• High school diploma, GED or in the process of obtaining High school diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• American Red Cross Certification (Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor)

EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• A minimum age of 16 years of age

Preferred:

• 1+ years lifeguarding
• 1+ years working in a customer service related industry; retail, restaurant, sales
• Prior experience working at facility utilizing Red Cross Lifeguarding standards
