Machine & Building Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and broad mechanical knowledge. This role combines machine maintenance with general building maintenance across two locations.
Key Responsibilities
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and routine servicing of machinery
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Diagnose and repair issues related to:聽
o 聽 Air systems
o 聽 Hydraulic systems
o 聽 Electrical systems
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Support ongoing machine reliability and uptime
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Handle general building maintenance, including:聽
o 聽 Electrical systems
o 聽 Heating and cooling systems
o 聽 Plumbing
o 聽 Structural components (doors, windows, roof, gutters)
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Communicate with vendors, service technicians, alarm companies, and municipal/fire inspectors
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maintain computerized communication records and service coordination
Qualifications
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Proven experience in machine and building maintenance
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Comfortable working at heights
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Computer-capable for vendor and service coordination
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Dependable and able to work independently across multiple locations
Work Schedule
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maintenance Hours: To be determined based on operational needs, Typical hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday聽
