Find areas of improvement for equipment.  Support Maintenance TM’s in repairs.  Design Equipment. Provide training to Maintenance TM’s.  Provide solutions for quality issues. Follow safety policies and procedures Participate in 5S and Kaizen activities Other duties as assigned. QualificationsSkills and Abilities: Good communication skills. Ability to read blueprints.  Good aptitude for math. Good analytical skills and detail oriented. Basic Mechanical and Electrical skills. Highly motivated work ethic and positive attitude.   Education and Experience: 7+ years’ experience in Mechanical and Electrical background
