JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Join Centerstone's innovative C-TRS team and make a lasting impact in the lives of youth, young adults, and families across Indiana. This exciting opportunity serves a diverse population of youth and young adults affected by substance use disorders, including individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Team members will provide meaningful, life-changing support through Centerstone locations in Bartholomew, Delaware, Johnson, Madison, Morgan, Union, and Wayne Counties, reaching individuals and families throughout a seven-county region. The work offers the unique chance to serve both rural and underserved communities where access to behavioral health services can be limited, helping to reduce barriers, strengthen families, and create pathways to recovery and wellness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.

  • Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team

  • Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.

  • Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.

  • Meet billable hour productivity standards.

  • Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.

  • Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.

  • Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.

  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level              

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required. 

Years of Experience       

Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.  Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred. 

Certification/Licensure 

Must have an active three letter or associate license.

$43,900.00--$61,370.00
